Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

The Bread Beckers, Inc. is committed to making our website, shop.breadbeckers.com, accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every customer should be able to browse, learn, and shop with us independently — whether they use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and used by the U.S. Department of Justice. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review our site regularly as content and products change.

What We've Done

Recent improvements to this site include increasing text and button color contrast to meet WCAG requirements, making our full category navigation operable by keyboard, adding descriptive text to images so screen readers can announce them, and labeling all links, buttons, and form fields so assistive technology can identify them.

Ongoing Efforts

We test new content and features for accessibility, provide descriptive alternative text for product images, and include important information from images — such as ingredient lists — as readable text on the page. Our checkout is hosted by Shopify, which maintains accessibility of the checkout process.
