Tasting Notes: Spirit forward, the sweet bourbon balances the maple, layered with caramel and honeyed vanilla notes. Light oak and maple finish.

Sourcing: We source premium authentic bourbon whiskey barrels from Kentucky distillers. The newly emptied spirit barrels are filled with our pure maple syrup and left to age to perfection.

All of our maple syrup is sourced and boiled from sap to syrup right here in Vermont.
