Nettleberry Tea - 1oz. Bag

A nourishing blend of Organic Elderberries, Nettle, Oatstraw, Rosehips, Hibiscus, Lemon and Orange Peel.

Directions:

Add 1/2  to full tbsp per 10 fluid ounces of water.  Simmer on low for 2-3 minutes with lid on to maintain beneficial volatile oils.   Remove from heat, and allow to steep an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy as is, or sweeten with a local, raw honey to taste.
