Sherry Carrington Wow, I can't believe I haven't found this sooner. I have done oatmeal for breakfast for a few years now. The flavor of these surprised me not to mention I stay full so much longer. I am no longer trying to get myself distracted till lunch. I can now go well past lunch before I get hungry.
