I am just learning to bake bread from home ground wheat. I’ve had several successes and one failure. Not stopping now with the help of Becker Bread.

This has made a difference in my bread. It is not as crumbly and has more softness to it. I don't have to use much, just 1.5 tsp to make the difference. Happy to have it.
On the advice of Sue Becker I used the sunflower Lecithin and my bread was nice and soft.
My order arrived in a few weeks, not as quickly as Amazon, but Breadbecker's product was so MUCH more reasonably priced that I didn't mind the wait. The quality is excellent and it arrived well-packaged. I will definitely order again!

Makes fabulous bread!
Works great in making bread softer. I have not been able to find any sellers online or local who provide sunflower and other lecithin's are not as good. Others experience may vary on this.
I saw lecithin at a bulk food store and wondered 🤔 what how it's used. I'm happy with the sunflower lecithin I got from Bread Beckers. I appreciate it that the label says to refrigerate or put in the freezer.

The Lecithin added to the bread makes it wonderful, soft bread that is delicious.
