I am obsessed with these wheatberries. I have also purchased the hard white and can’t decide which I like better for my sourdough bread. Milling my own whole wheatberry has made a dramatic difference in our health. I have never been this regular. I feel like the reduction in inflammation is pretty obvious. I am also experimenting with my daughter‘s health who suffers from epilepsy and severe intellectual delay. She has had G.I. issues since birth and is now equally regular without the help of over-the-counter supplements or stool softeners.
And the flavor of this wheat is second to none. We have turned this flour into tortillas, sourdough bread, swim biscuits, crackers, cookies, and pie crust. The results have been phenomenal. I am so excited I stumbled on Susan Becker and this company.I am now in the process of converting my entire family away from commercial flour
I absolutely love this product. I even sprouted the seeds and grew my own sprouts!! I can enjoy making bread and growing sprouts at the same time.
