I'm new to the milling to make bread! I don't know any thing about the berries, although I feel that Bread Beckers would have a good product.
My mother was born in 1919,and she told me to work with bread dough with my hands and you will develop a feel for the right amount of flour. I find that if I didn't make bread for a while, I lost my touch for how the dough should feel. My mother didn't believe in putting in the exact amount of flour a recipe asked for, that was only a guideline. I'm finding that interesting now!!

Really delicious wheat and made for a sweet nutty flavor in the sourdough bread I made. I haven’t tried the other grains yet.
